HO fully supported the proposal of the Democratic Party not to block Luke's wealth of confrontation within the party, opened the meeting at the Jubilee Hotel, but rather to further develop and outputting them in the different areas Lucania, through neighborhood meetings, to explore the now obvious economic emergencies, severe social, human non-response to which our policy has vowed to respond.
I am convinced that the PD must accompany the government to decide, knowing that some public policies have priority over others, and compared to some areas because they have a clear vocation to promote the development of our communities. Risultati che il PD deve guardare con attenzione condividendo con il governo regionale, priorità essenziali, come quella della sana e rigorosa gestione della macchina amministrativa e quella della crescita e dello sviluppo delle imprese. Direi che il PD non può smettere, neppure un giorno solo, di indirizzare le diverse risorse a disposizione verso politiche ben definite con grande sforzo di concretezza, monitorandone la loro attuazione e verificandone il corretto raggiungimento dei risultati nei tempi preposti in termini di efficienza e di efficacia.
E questo è tanto più urgente e vero tanto è più incerto il contesto a cui facciamo riferimento: gli effetti e le conseguenze della crisi globale; l’assenza di un’organica riforma della giustizia;le mancate riforme del sistema universitario, del lavoro e della competitività produttiva del sistema paese; per non citare la riforma del federalismo attuata male e molto parzialmente. Il che non è certo un fatto irrilevante se si pensa che la mancanza di riforme, mina, da una parte l’autonomia programmatica regionale e dall’altra quella gestionale degli enti locali. Basterebbe dire, difatti, che, la sostanziale riduzione delle entrate certe sul bilancio delle regione e degli enti locali nonché il difficile meccanismo del rispetto del “patto di stabilità” non solo ne limitano effettivi margini di autonomia ma non permettono, oramai, neanche di assicurare,

We can not hide, we must focus on skills in the institutions, organs of the party, in civil society that follows us, in the social sectors, in the sections, within families, within us, I would say, without rhetoric.
