Non escludo però che il 19 aprile, data di riferimento del fatto, Colamarino si sia recato presso il mio ufficio e mi abbia lasciato una scatola di sigari, con all’interno sigari e non danaro. Ma escludo, sempre come ho detto al giudice, di essermi recato nella stanza del sindaco, avendo in mano la scatola dei sigari ed avergliela poi consegnata. Se non ricordo male, per aver avuto modo di riflettere a lungo sull’episodio in questi due mesi, in quel giorno credo di ricordare che nella stanza di Lopatriello si teneva la giunta".
